I went down a pound due to a water fast. I didn't weigh in yesterday but I was at 150! So actually I went down three pounds after I went up two pounds. I drank 2 1/2 gallons of water yesterday. I did end up eating dinner last night though. Grilled pork with steam veggies, fudgesicle with PB and Non fat whip. I'm fasting today as well and will have dinner this evening. I'm hoping to JOLT my body into the next weight bracket. WIll continue phase 1 a few more days. More Veggies then proteins. Then I'll switch to phase 2 on Wednesday. Trying to keep calories at or under 1200. I know I may put a little back on but that's okay. Memorial Day lunch will be grilled chicken NO oil and 1/2 cup guacamole with LOTS OF VEGGIES. I'm backed up. STILL. Hoping fruits in phase 2 will help.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

One thing to keep in mind is that it takes a lot more energy (calories) for your body to digest protein than it takes to digest any other food group. For me, I found that I had the quickest weight loss with I did phase 1 eating more lean protein than veggies, and maybe a couple of glasses of milk per day. Maybe that would help you too. :-)
