Total fluke weigh in. I'm so used to weighing myself everyday when I'm "on it" well, kinda even when I'm not watching my weight as seriously. But I'm debating if I should just weigh in on here at the beginning of week and and of week? Because watch, tomorrow I'll have gained a pound more! Lol! Anyways I did really good yesterday food wise and got in some home exercise! Just wish I had gotten in a brisk walk or had a treadmill again!
132.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 19.6 lb a week
