Yesterday went very well. Stayed within my points range for the day. Today I have just had a cup of tea. Time for breakfast. It's now 6;30, I had a great day, I still have a few points left so might have some pop corn later. I kept busy all day to keep my mind off food. I planned tomorrows breakfast and lunch. I feel good and excited about loosing weight. I'm already planning what to wear to the olympics.
