Retained a lot of fluid over the holidays and looks like I finally got rid of it along with some actual weight loss. My Doctor will be pleased. Happy New and look at this year as the year to succeed. God bless this year,
257.6 lb Lost so far: 20.4 lb.    Still to go: 82.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
