okay, enough of this crap! i decided that no matter how bad it was i was going back to WW and start over again. i can't believe how easy it was to put the weight back on, but i refuse to give up. i begin anew today. usually i use this as my cheat day(the weigh-in day), but i'm going to be good today. we are going to friends tonight and i guess we are having pizza, but i'm going to be reasonable and stop at 2 slices and leave it at that. i still have enough points i shouldn't do too bad if i can keep it under control. i swear next week i will weigh less! i do have to say after not being with my group(WW)in about a month, they were all glad to see me and it was like i never stopped, except for the weight gain, but that ends here.....
