It has been a day and I am noticing changing in my body already. My fingers are less swollen and I am no longer waking up with a dry mouth in the morning. My hair feels healthier and the white part of eyes appears clearer today than previous days. Having a supportive family is a great help. I am starting the Couch to 5K program at the start of the year along with the diet change. Anyone have any tips for good body fat burning exercise programs?
175.3 lb Lost so far: 8.7 lb.    Still to go: 50.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 60.9 lb a week
