Good day today,thought I might just jump on the scales and wow lost another pound. New mini goal 12st 2lb which will mean I've lost a stone. 4lb? I can do that 😄
174.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
