12/28/11 Ate breakfast, Multi grain Oatmeal, 1/2 tsp brown sugar Splenda, 1/2 tbsp smart balance spread, 1 c ff milk and a dash of cinamon. Got to work drank black tea with 1 tsp of sugar, 1/3 c of blueberries and 1/2 grapefruit. 10:30 snack I had 23 almonds and 3 same York peppermint patties. Still keeping up with the Challenge. This week drink 8, 8oz glasses of water.
