Well it's finally moving, slow, but moving. It should pick up a little faster now that my diet is even further restricted due to a food allergy to oil! Yes oil! Have to carry an epi pen and everything. So as of today I'm only eating whole foods with limited fats such as avocados (I will eat those once a day). I think my allergy is related to processed oil because I don't have a reaction to say olives where I can't breath when I overeat anything with olive oil. It's hard because oil seems to be in everything. Well next weeks weighing should be good! Fingers crossed
204.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Food allergies seem to be more and more common these days!! But the bright side is , it is great to know what the problem is...I get a rash from oil on my face across my cheeks. Is it all oils or just cooked oils?They make avocado oil (as I am sure you know). I also use walnut oil, which is good and flavorful, but of course if you have a problem with nuts, not for you. It well may be the processing like you said. I hope you find a good healthy fat that works for you and that you have a great week :)

It seems to be a problem with all liquid oils. I feel like I can't breath and pressure builds up on the roof of my mouth and behind my eyes... It hurt really bad too. I'm not sure why this allergy developed but it's really restrictive because I'm already vegan lol very limited choices. Well thank you friend I'll try the avocado oil in a controlled setting lol
