So, I've been under a lot of stress the last month or so, not sleeping and just changed job. Tried and failed to get off antidepressants. Along with all this, I've also put on some weight.

Now I'm back on a lower dose of the antidepressants, starting to sleep again and getting more settled into the new job. It is time to start focussing on my weight again and see if I can get it back down to 62kg before Xmas and 60kg for my birthday in January.
142.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You'll get there, you seem to be putting all your ducks in a row. Sleep, for me, is a killer if I don't get it so I concentrate on that and everything else is then so much easier. I eat too much when tired too - well, too much of the wrong stuff! Well done getting your dose lowered, a major step in the right direction.

Thanks. I know, lack of sleep is a major cause of overeating. I feel more hopeful now that things are going in the right direction again for me. :)
