Went and worked out today...it's funny how great it makes you feel but it's that hesitation to go there...funny how the mind convinces you otherwise...

I do a warm up on the treadmill, and then go over to the 30 minute circuit.

Arm extension 40
Arm Curl 25
Overhead press 55
Row rear deltoid 55
Pull down 70
Chest press 55
Seat leg curls 55
Leg extensions 55
Leg Press 165

I'm happy with where I am starting again. When I get a bit more comfortable I'll be heading over to the actual weight lifting area.
