I've been eating starches again the last few days. Hash browns, pancakes, roast potatoes and sweet potatoes. And I haven't been tracking my macros, but I make sure to get lots of protein. And I'm gaining weight. Mostly muscle, because I'm killing it in the gym. My guns are up to 17", waist down to 38", calves at 17", 45" chest. I've never stuck to a serious diet and exercise program at the same time for more than a few months. I'm doing better than before, and I'm carrying more muscle than at any other time.
