I went out to eat with my parents today for my birthday for chinese food and did so well. I counted everything I ate and didn't over eat.
I got my computer out of the shop today and Christmas is almost here. Tough time of the year by getting by.
Also still working on putting together my gym in the garage. I have located a manual treadmill and a gazelle. My brother is going to help me get other stuff like a weight system and punching bag. I can't wait to get out there and work out.
