I thought about avoiding my weigh in today but journaling about my food and weight losses keeps me accountable. I was good Monday and Tuesday but then Wednesday-Sunday I basically ate every unhealthy thing I saw. Pho, pizza, chocolate, chinese food, chocolate, and the list goes on. Oops. I could really feel the bad food affecting me after Day 3 but apparently I went 5 days. I am happy finally being back on my Whole 30 Round 2 restart! I am sure the 3lbs are purely bloat but we will see. If you haven't tried Whole 30 and am looking for something new to try-- TRY IT! Happy Monday! Keep KICKING BUTT!
