I'm in a new day and starting over!... not that I've been doing bad. I've actually been doing great. I've lost 65 lbs this past year and half the body fat I needed to lose. Yeah for me!I've lost about 1.25 lbs per week on average.

Right now I'm going to kick it up a notch, at least for the next 5 weeks.

I'm going on a cruise to Mexico. It leaves Jan 29th but I'm leaving for Florida the week before.... so 5 weeks before I go and 6 weeks before we sail!

Ultimate goals: 20 lbs loss in 5 weeks... 4 lbs a week, crank up the exercise to 2hrs a day - 1 hr in the morning of P90X (just doing my best) and two or more other 10, 15-30 min intervals

I'm kicking it off with a detox program for one or two days depending on how it goes today. Today definitely and possibly tomorrow Hollywoods 48hr Miracle Diet here I come.

Then back to OWL phase keeping my total carbs to less than 50g a day and net carbs to less than 24g per day.High protein and tons of rabbit food.... oh and don't forget, if I don't feel water logged I didn't drink enough water.80-90oz sounds about right.

Sleep 8-10 hrs a day.
