Spent the last few months not watching what I've been eating and gained about 5 lbs a month.
Back on the diet as of this morning, and making my goal 180.0 by new years. I'm skeptical that I'll pull it off, but it is worth a shot. It is very possible that I could be in the 180's I suppose.
