I have been all over the board but mostly on the sugar board. This week I am done 3 yoga classes which is great. I also took a sauna this morning. In general rice krispies with brown sugar and almond milk has been my meal of choice. Today I will make vegies for lunch. I also orderd and took some MediFast meals last month. I was deligent for 1 week and lost 5 lbs then less than deligent over the Thanksgiving holiday and gained some back so now I still am at the same general weight. Even though my goal reflects a 65lb loss I could lose 100 lbs but would be happy with a 10% weight loss initially ... that's reality check for me today.
286.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
