indie start journaling again. many days over my allotment but not much.
had a great sister's weekend and met all 4 if my sister's in French Lick, Indiana. Celebrated one sister's birthday and did not worry about what I was eating. We did a Great deal of walking and my body is telling me that I must lose This weight.
This week I am getting serious.
240.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 80.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
