I haven't lost or gained too much for a long time. I am still right at 137. I sometimes drop to 135, but I want to reach a lower weight consistently before I add it to my weight tracker.
137.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
