I have eaten only what I should but had excessive salt and it has taken a week to show results. This is a big lesson for me. I can have bacon or sausage with my eggs. I can have adequate salt with my meals and eat a reasonable amount of cheese and other salty foods. I have to really watch the excessive salt associated with my versions of "LC Nachos", "LC Pizza", and soups. I am not hungry, have not had any major hunger binges, and am enjoying my LC lifestyle. My goal is to lose a bit quicker than I have been doing and am now beginning a more aggressive exercise routine. I jitterbug, dance around, walk, and do sit ups and stretches. I am moving up the fitness element somewhat slowly as I have been too sedentary for the last number of years and I don't want to mess up. I remain and am determined to become the thinner me.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week

It sounds like you are doing it right. Sometimes people bite off too much at first, as far as changes to diet or activity/exercise and aren't able to maintain the habit. It sounds like you are working on a new lifestyle. Great job!
