Just relocated to the Isle of Mull, Scotland. I've been pretty much off any kind of diet for the last few weeks due to travelling. Now that I'm settled on Mull for a spell, I can get back to daily long walks, eating better and the big one: cutting out the booze. Haven't had a drop for three days. We'll see what difference that makes over the long haul.
I'd sure like to get below 240 by Jan 1. We shall see.
