I aggravated an old injury while playing volleyball last night! Argh! I'm waiting to see how it feels in a few days, but this will definitely make my whole life challenging if it doesn't start to feel better-I'm on my feet all day.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
