As expected... I thought it would be more, so this gain isn't too bad. I still have a lot of undigested food from the week & a lot of water retention with all the carbs I had.

164.9 lb Lost so far: 9.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.2 lb a week

LOL. Yeah, I know. It's always difficult to stay on the healthy track when you've got family around.
