Out of control !!!! Not only did I put all the weight I lost back on, I added three more pounds. I have to get some of this weight off before I go to Florida in January to see my Mother, sisters and neices. Mom's been doing so good on her diet and recent pictures prove it. I've been 1000 miles away so nobody has a clue that I've put on like 12 pounds since they saw me two years ago. I can't go back looking like this! Time to get serious.

You can do it!! Trust in yourself and stay strong. Give yourself pep talks every time you want to eat something you shouldn't. That helped me, I still have difficult times where I want to eat something I shouldn't, but when I go to track in here on my food log what I want to eat, it quickly changes my mind when I see the carbs and calories. You can do this! :)
