After a 4 month long Canadian summer. Of Bbq ing and Sinful salads or mouth watering sweets. I only gained about 10lbs back.
I really should stay more active.
The big factor in the weight gsin us all the breads, buns, and cereal. No more this winter. Grrrr I'll miss them.
Going to be starting off slow this week till Sunday. Then turning up the schedule.

224.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Remember, winter is 6 months (or more heaven forbid) so you've got a lot of time, so take your time and enjoy the rest of the year!
