I started my Farrell's 10-week challenge again on Saturday, October 7, 2016. I have done really well eating and drinking 80 ozs of water. We had Leg Day today and my chickens are so sore!! My Goal is to lose 50 pounds by my 40th Birthday on Dec 8, 2016. I know i can do it.
