It was so cold working out this morning. The wind felt let millions of little needles poking me. I pushed through it and completed about 1468 yards (about 0.83 miles) and I was sweating when I was done despite the cold.
I can't believe how flat my stomach is getting with just 20 lbs. gone. The difference I can see is helping to push me through and my mom and buddies on here helps keep me on track with their support.
