I started this diet a few months ago when my starting weight was about 139. I have continued to loss weight, it is not a fast weight loss diet, but gives your body and mind a chance to adjust to a new way of life.
Today, we just got back from a river boat cruise and of course it was difficult to eat on this diet since all my eating was done on ship. I gained probably 8 lbs. UGH... looking forward to getting back on track.
Today walked 4 miles.
