It looks like I recovered from from my minor Thanksgiving setback. After gaining back a smidgeon over 2 pounds of my pre-Thanksgiving weight loss, it took me until the following Tuesday to finally lose those negative pounds.As of this morning, I'm 4 pounds under the pre-Thanskgiving weight,22.8 pounds below the weight I began this quest with, and well on my way to my initial goal of 230 pounds. Once I get down below the 270's, I plan to begin an exercise program to slowly get myself in shape with the goal of running the Gate River Run sometime within the next 4 years, and hopefull every year thereafter that I am physically able.
