Today's change was supposed to be eating every 2-3 hours. I didn't quite make it. I had low sugar Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal for breakfast, Celery with buffalo chicken dip as a snack, tuna salad with a small fries from McDonald's for lunch. Dinner was mac and cheese with tomato slices. Tomorrow will be better.
