Im on the right track. Keeping count of my calories n everything I eat. As well making sure I am active in some way everyday. I drink water first thing in the morning n take two zantex-3 to keep my energy high thru out the day. N the weight is just melting off! I already feel I difference n my pants and my jackets! Two weeks I dropped12lbs. Keep up the good habits...not work.
208.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
