99sleeper's Journal, 02 October 2016

Day 6 of 59 complete of #whole30. I almost gave in yesterday. Football and beer sounded really good and I'm already under the weight I feel comfortable with. But, these 59 days aren't to make me feel comfortable, they are to push myself to be better. I could have set the goal for 30 days again, but I've done that twice and was blown away by the results. During these 59 days I've added body weight training on my non running days. Thankfully I worked through the temptations and am still on track. I hope for the same for anyone who took the time to read this. #runwithfight #eatwithfight
171.4 lb Lost so far: 29.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
