My son is 11 months old and hopefully within the next week he will be done breastfeeding. This will enable me to diet more. I work out 3 days a week, TRX (Monday), Turbo kickboxing (wed), and Zumba (fri), plus I do extra cardio after my class on treadmill or elliptical machine.
