Today I weighed in at the doctor for my annual. Lord help me. I weighed 197 pounds. I need a serious lifestyle change. HELP!! I have got to do something NOW!!

Ok girl, you can do this...Just got to focus on how good you will feel after you loose the weight AND how sexy you'll look. Besides, it'll give you a new reason to buy new clothes. Come on, stick in there, call me if you need to talk. Love ya.
