Well, Thanksgiving had it's challenges. Somehow I lost a half a pound.... amazing but God is good!

172.5 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb. Still to go: 22.5 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 0.2 lb a week

Praise God! Somehow I lost 4.5lbs myself. Scratching my head on that one, but doin it w a smile, LOL.
