I have IBS-C and just started Linzess on Tuesday (yesterday). Because of this condition and acid reflux I currently am avoiding broccoli, all citrus products, coffee, tea, carbonated drinks and alcohol. I am hoping that by tracking what I am eating and noting how I am reacting to the foods I will come up with a plan that avoids problem foods while still getting the nutrition I need from the foods I do eat.
