Okay so I have been on a plateau for 7 straight days and I am trying something new so stay tuned to this station children to see how I do on the grapefruit diet. It is basically low carb high protein with a half grapefruit with each meal and lots of water. What the heck at this point I will try anything. I am ignoring anyone who tells me a fad diet is dangerous because being 35 pounds overweight is far more dangerous. Wish me luck here I go.
