It's been 18 years, trapped in this body and I think it is about time to get freedom. Free from being labeled, out of breath, tired, sitting out on playtime, not able to get up on water skies, plus size clothes, lower back problems ... ect ... ect .. bla-bla-bla. Just need to STOP. Take control and slowly start getting into a healthy lifestyle. No more diets for me. No more pills, injections, starvation, pyramid schemes and, and, and ... Yesterday I ordered a book online 'Die Lowcarb Kombuis' written by Vickie de Beer to help me get some ideas on a low carb eating plan. Trust this will be one of the building blocks to get me one step closer to freedom. I have set my goal, got 2 people that will keep me accountable and really encourage me all the way. My wonderful husband and spiritual mother. I have done all the spiritual and emotional healing. Now it is time for the action plan (tekkie het die teer getref) and actually keeping to it. Today I'm increasing my water intake from 0 to 2L. Thanx to this platform, I can keep track of what I put in my mouth and helping me make better food choices. Take care and stay blessed.

hallo Tans Glad you have drawn the line. This is right eat not a diet. Woollies also have a nice range of carb clever meals and they are baie lekker.
