Had a 3 day "free-for-all" off the diet and workout schedule. Managed to keep the damage to about 3lbs. Not bad. Back on the wagon! Here's to the next twenty lbs down! I'm glad I didn't try to visit my home town and not indulge in some "comfort foods". I did manage to keep away from the soda and sugary drinks; so I'm feeling really great about my weekend. I got up this morning an did my 1 mile walk. Greeted the sunrise and my neighbors dog. I feel like I can take on the world. Happy Monday FS Buddies!
