Back again!
2011 was a bad year for weight loss. I indulged in way too many bad options. I know what I need to do, but I'm not doing it. Today I starting fresh. I'll log everything I eat. When I do that, I'm aware of how much I'm hurting myself. Time to get serious about feeling better. I've got too many weight related pains going on.
I'll do an official weigh in when I get home. I've got to be the worst I've ever been.
I'll also hit the hill and get some sweat happening. I've got to change things up. Now that I work close to home, I have no excuse for the lazy weight gaining ways I've slid into.
Time to look good for the end of the world! 2012 here I come!
