Beginning January 1, 2010, I have begun a weight loss process to include as close to 1200 calories per day the first two weeks as possible followed by 1600 calories per day after that.

Day 1

1400 Calories

Day 2

1400 Calories

1200 Calories is tough! Maybe I can get closer day 3.
