Woke up early this morning so I could get in a 1 mile walk (20mins). Feeling great! S.O. bought candy corn... and I made the mistake of eating one piece... which turned into 2 then 3 then a whole handful. I limited myself to 2oz. I'm going to try to get up every morning this week and get a walk in. I figure if I can do it on a Monday... every other day of week should be easy! It's so much easier to control my food choices when I come to work. I pack my lunch/snacks and that's all I have. I might need to pack my lunch/snack for the weekends too, to avoid grazing. I had 2 hush puppies on Sat. We went to a BBQ place. The chicken was AMAZING. All in all, not so terrible.

I'm down 17.4 lbs total since 8/8 (35 days / approx .5lb per day); I am so thrilled with my progress. I think LCHF is my main reason for this success. If you find you are struggling to loose weight and feeling like crap and/or hungry all the time; I urge you try a 2 week LCHF diet (assuming you have no pre-existing medical condition). www.dietdoctor.com is amazing and they give you all the information you need to get started. Grocery list, recipes and information.

Awesome work, Dewy. I plan to do LCHF after 6 weeks on a vegetarian plan and it's heartening to see the success.
