My goal has evolved now. With my new training, my weight will fluctuate which is not a bad thing to/for me. I will continue to modify my eating habits to match my training. Appropriate protein, veggies and carbs for my body type and training. Looking forward. If I make my goal weight, fine. If not, that's fine as well.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
