I am back to weight watchers AGAIN! I feel like it's the only thing that will truly work for me.

I know I want to eat but this is truly about exercise and having a lifestyle change. I realize I cannot just do and eat what I want. Truth is I can, but I need to focus on my portion sizes and doing things in moderation. I want to take pride in my exercise again. I want to take care of my body like I did before. I lost 25 pounds by exercising and I know I can get down to my ideal weight and size with time and effort. This time I know it's possible because I did it before and I will keep on going no matter what!

I'm excited, I just wish it didn't have to get this bad before I came back. No matter, I'll get it back!

Congratulations for finding that all elusive inspiration! I agree that it's tough to 'go back' to WW, cause you know the drill, but when you're ready, you're ready,and that will spur you on to success. I'm in the same boat, having just re-joined a couple of weeks ago. It's nice to see the scale is once again a friend! Hang in there, you'll do great!
