Hate exams, all i do is eat and stress :( :( so depressed at the moment...

I have a lot of stress in my job. I find that when it gets too much if I have a nice long hour workout in the gym on the stair stepper my body relaxes and doesn't crave food as much. Your worries will still be there afterward, but somehow they don't seem as pressing or terrible. Hope it works for you.
