I have been away for a while spending a long weekend on the cape- chasing my son leaves no room for anything so here I am back- I know I was good over the weekend because we stocked up on my new obsession , greek yogurt, and the kids ate all of the snacks. I did grocery shopping and now that I am becoming familiar with the foods contained on the app, bought things that are listed so my food diary is reliable. Despite being away I feel like I am making progress
