So today I used 5 of my flex points. Its harder to be good on my days off when its just me at home doing not much. I did however workout with my new Wii game. Its the Your Shape game, which isn't a game so much as work outs. I really enjoyed it!!! I suggest it to anyone looking to lose some weight. Its fun but I definetly broke a sweat. So I don't feel to bad about cracking into the flex points on day two. I still have 30 left for the next 5 days. Hopefully I won't have to use anymore of them.
