Go vegetarian diet!
228.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 78.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am a Flexitarian. Ditching meat most of the time (meat/1X/week) and going mostly plant-based has helped me to drop those pounds.

I eat non-meat. If I eat meat, my weight goes wonky.

I gave up meat about 20 years ago, and there are some really good alternatives now :) Best of luck to you!

I love tofu, and I eat fish, but no meat or pork-so a no meat diet reaps good benefits I know. Great loss!

I tried to explain that to my husband, but for some reason he thinks if the meat is lean I should be able to eat it. Meat makes me gain period. I usually eat a piece of fish once per week and consider that my "meat." He's happy and I am happy. Win/Win.

yea fish is GREAT protein and very little fat...except salmon but salmon is all good fat

Lol! Well I do enjoy some fish. I have to watch my sugar...diabetes, I have dropped my A1C.
