Blood work this morning - entire shooting match, just to get a baseline. Phlebotomist noted I was (most likely) dehydrated...blood not flowing easily into the tubes. Not certain whether this is a viable root cause to my BP issue, but it's possible, considering the fact I don't drink during workouts, and perhaps 20-32oz of water/coffee during the day...not enough "good" fluids to replenish afterward, etc. (Sounds like dehydration has more to do with decreased BP, oops...)

Otherwise, measured BMI was 27, and body fat of 28%.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It took a while for me to get to 6-8 bottles of water a day but my resting pulse rate went down from 88 to under 70 and my strenuous workouts used to have my pulse at 177 now its like 152, my blood pressure was always borderline around 138/90 but it has come back to 120's/80's. I wish I could find a trainer who had the skills to do a proper skinfold test /BMI etc.
