Surgeon wants me to go on a "PARTIAL Opti-Fast Diet" for six weeks - normal meal and snack once a day, balance of intake to be purchased shakes, bars, soups. HATE THE IDEA but I am stuck between 204 & 212 - going up and down, up and down, but not getting below 204 for too long. I know that I will comply with his plan but am putting it off because I love to eat too much.
